Landscape of Parental Alienation

An ocean of tears
Millions of sand grains
A desert filled with pain

Insurmountable
A mountain of grief

Violent thunderstorms
Full of rage and hate

And then a ray of sunshine
Some warmth
Some hope
Lots of love
As the thunderstorm eases her grasp
Only to blow up again
Like the top of a volcano

That’s the landscape of parental alienation
